What information is needed to price an orifice plate?
Bring the known material, nominal thickness, plate outside diameter, bore diameter, handle dimensions, bore tolerance, quantity, marking requirements, and preferred lead time. Available choices are shown as you build the quote.

Can I buy an orifice plate online?
Yes. Configure a supported plate, review its price, and continue to secure checkout. Multi-plate carts and PDF quotes are available for project purchasing.
What materials are currently available?
O-Plates offers 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and carbon steel in the material and thickness combinations shown while configuring your plate.
Can O-Plates make a replacement plate?
Yes, when you have the known dimensions and requirements needed by the configurator. Enter the existing plate or approved-print dimensions and review the generated configuration drawing.
What documentation is available?
You can generate a PDF quote and receive a confirmation drawing with your order. Contact us before ordering about material certification and inspection documentation requirements.
How quickly can a plate ship?
Select from the lead-time options shown while configuring your plate. Your selected lead time is reflected in the quote and checkout. Carrier transit is separate from manufacturing lead time.
What if I need help selecting the bore or specification?
Contact O-Plates before ordering. The self-service configurator prices known requirements; it is not an application-engineering or flow-sizing service.
