Seller and contact

Quotes, pricing and payment

Prices apply to the material, dimensions, quantity, configured options and lead time shown. PDF quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. A changed configuration requires an updated quote. Prices are revalidated at checkout; review the amount before paying. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown separately where applicable. Contact us about any discrepancy before placing an order.

Where online checkout is available, payments are processed by Stripe using the amount and payment methods displayed at checkout. Any alternative payment arrangement must be confirmed with O-Plates in writing.

Made to order and customer specifications

Plates are made to your configured requirements rather than selected from general-purpose stock. You are responsible for checking the dimensions, units, material, thickness, quantity, tolerances, marking and options you submit. Uploading a drawing can assist entry; review all detected values before using them.

Drawing review and manufacture

Where a confirmation drawing is provided, review the exact drawing attached to your order email and deliberately approve it using the drawing-review workflow. Ask us to resolve discrepancies before approval. A revised drawing requires its own review and approval. Manufacture follows the confirmed order specifications and applicable approved drawing; the on-screen preview is not an approved manufacturing drawing.

Tolerances and specifications are those expressly shown in the confirmed order and drawing. Do not assume an unlisted tolerance, certification, inspection service or industry standard is included; discuss additional requirements before ordering.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. Because products are made to order, what can be changed depends on work already performed. We will review the request and explain any proposed cost or timing change before you agree to it.

Contact us before returning a product. For an incorrect, damaged or potentially nonconforming item, provide the order number and a description so we can review it against the confirmed specifications and discuss the appropriate resolution. Return requests for made-to-order parts are reviewed individually. Any agreed return or remedy will be confirmed with you; rights and remedies required by applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Lead times, shipping and taxes

The selected lead time is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Drawing questions, requested changes or delayed approval can affect timing; contact us to confirm timing for a time-critical order. We will communicate material shipping delays and available options, including cancellation or refund where required by applicable law.

Review the delivery address and shipping selection before checkout. Carrier transit is separate from manufacturing lead time. Contact us for shipping status and tracking information when available. Applicable taxes and final shipping charges are shown at checkout; contact us before ordering if you need a tax-exempt purchase arrangement.

Damaged or lost shipments

Contact sales@o-plates.com promptly if a shipment is damaged, missing or appears lost. Include your order number and available carrier details. For damage, retain the packaging and take photographs to help us investigate and coordinate the next steps.

Application suitability

The configurator prices known plate requirements. It does not calculate the correct bore for your application, provide flow sizing, or establish fitness for a particular process or service. You and your qualified engineering personnel are responsible for application selection, operating conditions and suitability. Contact us before ordering if those requirements are unresolved.

Questions and specific agreements

Discuss any requirement not addressed here before ordering. Additional commercial commitments must be expressly confirmed by the seller in writing. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
