Who operates O-Plates
O-Plates is operated by Rogue Machine LLC, 736 Stone and Shannon Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003, United States. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to sales@o-plates.com or raised at +1 304-639-0595.
Information used by the service
Depending on the features you use, we handle your account email and authentication/session information; contact and company information you provide; configured product dimensions, material, options, quantities and lead times; quote and order records; shipping and billing details; payment status and transaction references; and drawing-review and approval records.
Our hosting and authentication services also process normal connection, server and security information, such as IP addresses, request times and error/security events, to operate and protect the service.
Uploaded drawings and generated records
If you upload a drawing, the file is sent to the O-Plates application server for analysis during your session. The current analyzer processes it within our hosted application rather than sending it to an external AI analysis service. The upload and detected values can remain in session memory while you review them; the original uploaded file is not saved as a persistent order attachment by this workflow.
Specifications you confirm and submit with an order, and the resulting order drawings and approval records, are retained as order records. A generated order drawing is separate from the file you uploaded. Please submit only files you are authorized to share and avoid unrelated personal or sensitive information.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide sign-in, prepare quotes, process orders and payments, produce and verify drawings, record your approval, arrange fulfillment, respond to questions and maintain service security. Service providers handle information needed for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payment processing and operational email. Relevant delivery information is used to arrange shipping.
Stripe processes payments where applicable. Payment card details are entered into Stripe checkout; the O-Plates application does not directly store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe handles information under its own privacy practices.
Sessions, cookies and email
Account features use session information and browser cookies to keep you signed in. Cart and configuration state are used while you work with the site. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in and account functions. We send operational messages such as sign-in codes, order confirmations and drawing-review requests to the address used for those functions.
Retention and requests
Order specifications, generated drawings, approvals and transaction references are retained to support fulfillment, traceability, customer service and business/legal recordkeeping. Different record types may need different retention periods; this page does not promise a fixed deletion date.
Contact sales@o-plates.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity. Some transaction and approval records may need to be retained for legal or record-integrity reasons; we will explain relevant limitations when responding.
Security and policy updates
We use account access controls and restricted storage for order drawings and approval records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account and do not share sign-in codes or private drawing-approval links.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Optional customer journey diagnostics
When enabled, you can allow or decline first-party anonymous journey diagnostics. Declining does not prevent configuring, quoting or purchasing. We record a random session identifier, timestamps, coarse workflow steps, outcomes, safe error categories and source (landing, direct or embedded). Analytics do not include field contents, dimensions, drawing files or contents, keystrokes, recordings, payment details, credentials, private links or approval tokens.
Timelines expire from reports after 7 days and are removed by hourly cleanup (service outages can delay physical deletion); anonymous daily stage totals for 90 days. Session identifiers expire within 24 hours and rotate after 30 minutes of inactivity. Optional browser storage remembers your choice for 30 days. A Secure, SameSite cookie links opted-in first-party subdomains; origin-verified messaging links the embedded configurator. It contains only an anonymous diagnostics token, never sign-in credentials. Reports are owner-only. Internal test traffic is excluded from customer totals. No third-party analytics service is used. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable collection.
Turn diagnostics off using its control to stop collection and delete the current diagnostic session. Daily totals no longer associated with a retained session cannot be linked back to you. Operational order, payment, security and approval records remain separate.
